Reminders:

We will be having a social studies test on Iroquois Confederacy

on Thursday. 

On Wednesday, students are encouraged to wear pink to demonstrate

an understanding of the importance of promoting healthy relationships.  

We will be going on our next Nature Explorers field trip on Wednesday.

We will be working on orienteering. Please ensure that your child is dressed

appropriately for spending time outside. 

Learning:

Social - we will be reviewing our learning on Iroquois Confederacy and then

writing a unit test on Thursday. 

Science  - we will continue to explore the adaptations birds and insects make to

fly including looking at two birds that can not fly. 

Math - we will continue to work on our operations unit with a focus on multiplying

and dividing with decimals. 

Writing - this week we will be working through writing exemplars provided

by the Alberta Government and using the rubric used for the Provincial

Achievement exams, to critique the exemplars.
