Reminders:

Nature Explorers field trip on Monday looking at tracking. 

Please bring in one plastic bag for a science experiment on Tuesday. 

Students need to bring in any materials that they think they will need

for their science experiment for Tuesday. This is a work in progress. 

Math test on Tuesday. 

Math - we will be wrapping up our learning on fractions with a unit test on

Tuesday. Our next unit will be focusing on ratios and percents. 

Science - we will be working on designing our own experiment that

demonstrates one of the properties of air. Students need to bring the

materials that they will need for their experiment on Tuesday. 

Social - we will be working on our research assignment on the Iroquois Confederacy

Writing - we have finished our first narrative story. This week we will spend time

looking at a sample writing piece and investigate it for irrelevant information as well

as adding what could be relevant information related to character development and plot development.
